Our dong ding is traditionally processed Taiwanese oolong, which suits perfectly for gong fu tea. This tea is organically grown in bio-diverse surroundings. It is processed in a traditional way, which means heavily oxidized and charcoal roasted by old Master in Dong Ding.
A great tea for the afternoon, with some food in your belly, as oolongs are often seem to aid in digestion.
This oolong was harvested in autumn 2019.
